  I was scheduled to have a root canal done for myself and my daughter but I had to cancel and the receptionist hung up in my face before I was even able to explain that we could not come due a death in my family. I called today to reschedule my appointment and was told by Karen, the receptionist, that I could not be seen by Dr. Manasco any more because of the previously canceled appointment. So I guess the fact that I kept my previous appointment does not matter, nor does it matter that I lost a family. I am highly disgusted and disappointed by this as I really liked the care of Dr. Manasco.
